Mumm Napa Brut Prestige | California-40 Primarily pinot noir and chardonnay, gorgeous layered white blossom aromas, followed by creamy vanilla, citrus, stone fruit and melon.
Roederer Brut Rose NV | Anderson Valley – 50 – Flavors of dried cherry, almond and mineral.

Armand de Brignac “Ace of Spades” Blanc de Blanc | France – 600 – Armand de Brignac is marvelously complex and full-bodied, with a bouquet that is both fresh and lively. Its sumptuous, racy fruit character is perfectly integrated with the wine’s subtle brioche accents. Its texture is deliciously creamy and the palate has great depth and impact with a long and silky finish. A superb and singular example of a Prestige Champagne.

2009 Paul Kubler “K” Gewurztraminer | France – 42 – Fresh with bright acidity, aromas of licorice and rose petal. Tropical fruits, cinnamon, dried apricot, nutmeg with just the right mineral backbone.
2011 Charles Smith “Kung-fu Girl” Riesling | Washington State – 26 – Apricot, kumquat, nectarine and lime leaves. A great mid-palate intensity with a long, long minerally finish.
2011 Elk Cove Vineyards Pinot Blanc | Willamette Valley – 32 – Pinot Blanc is true to their style of white wines; clean, crisp and focused on the fruit.
2011 Charles Smith “Vino” Pinot Grigio | Washington State – 26 – Aromas of cut summer grass, white nectarine, honeysuckle, Italian melon and white anise.
2010 Tamari Torrontes Reserva La Rioja | Argentina – 28 – Flavors of Cinnamon, Floral, Grapefruit, Tropical Fruit and Vanilla.

2011 Frank Family Vineyards Chardonnay | Napa Valley – 72 – The palate is loaded with citrus notes, tropical fruit and lemon grass with cashew butter, cinnamon bread pudding and caramel sauce.
2010 Far Niente Estate Bottled Chardonnay | Napa – 114 – Aromas of Meyer Lemon, toasted nuts and fig are supported by the underlying sweetness of honeysuckle. Flavors of ripe citrus, light melon and well-integrated nuttiness and a touch of mineral. A rich, full mid-palate with balanced acidity draws out into a long finish.

2010 Acrobat Pinot Noir | Oregon – 36 – Sweet cherry, hints of caramel, blue fruit and pepper spice. Elegant entry, smooth tannins on the finish, nicely structured with good acidity.
2011 Belle Glos, Las Alturas Vineyard Pinot Noir | Santa Lucia Highlands – 108 – Flavors of pie filling, plum, cured meats and root beer enliven the senses. This wine has structural integrity with great depth. The balanced acidity leads to a provocatively supple finish.
2011 El Burro “Kickass” Granacha | Spain – 24 – Pleasing red berry and violet aromas, good structure and balance. Raspberry and wild berry fruit give way to a long, smooth, spicy finish.
2010 Graffigna Malbec Reserve | Argentina – 39 – Aromas of ripe dark berries with a touch of black pepper and spice. The palate is well integrated, combining delicate ripe tannins with hints of coffee, vanilla and toast.
2010 The Lucky Country Shiraz | McLaren – 39 – The palate starts out soft, but the fleshy plums and vanilla spice slowly build to more savory characters delivering a long finish balanced with earthy chewy tannins.
2007 Paul Dolan “Deep Red” Syrah Blend | California – 81 – Deep Red has ripe, round red fruit aromas and deep flavors with complex earthy spice notes.
2011 “The Prisoner” Red Wine | Napa – 75 – Flavors of ripe raspberry, pomegranate and wild berry fruit linger harmoniously. Soft, integrated tannins provide for a pleasant finish.
2010 Saldo Zinfandel | California – 53 – The palate explodes with dark berry fruit, along with an ample amount of cracked pepper, chocolate, a hint of prune and cedar spice.
2010 Montes Purple Angel Carmenere | Chile – 122 – Known as the “Jurassic Park Grape” this wine has ripe, gentle, soft tannins, full-bodied with with red berries and dark chocolate.
2010 Duckhorn Merlot | Napa – 105 – This depth is on display in the aromatics, where notes of Asian spice, red current, plum and blueberry crisp are supported by a subtle streak of earthiness. The palate is both velvety and balanced, with flavors that echo the aromas.
2009 Toad Hollow “Erik’s the Red” Red Blend | California – 30 – Smooth Red Blend with flavors of cranberry, raspberry, honey, vanilla, nuts and cherry with a nice soft finish.

2011 Josh Cabernet Sauvignon | California – 27 – Forward and complex with ripe fruit flavors; black currant and spicy berry fruit with gentle oak.
2010 Girard Cabernet Sauvignon | Napa – 44 – The palate expresses dark fruit infused with pomegranate, toasted oak and mocha. The finish lingers with satisfying flavors of graham cracker, plum and well-intergrated tannins.
2009 Robert Craig “Affinity” Cabernet Sauvignon | Napa – 93 – Rich, concentrated black and red fruit flavors are wide and deep. Finished with sleek, silky tannins, black pepper, cigar box spice and minerality.
2008 Paradigm Cabernet Sauvignon | Napa – 134 – Classic Paradigm flavor profile, black cherry, berry, a sweet touch of toasty french oak, silky texture, seamless with a well tiered finish.
2009 Frank Family Cabernet Sauvignon | Napa –100 The bouquet is loaded with intense aromas of cassis, hints of dry mission figs and ripe plum compote.
2008 Silver Oak Alexander Cabernet | Napa – 150 – This wine is rich and full, reminiscent of the flavors of a berry cobbler. It has a long, fruity finish with fine grained tannins.
2009 Nickel & Nickel Branding Iron Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon | Oakville – 180 – The 2009 Branding Iron has beautiful, ripe fruit flavors of berry and black cherry that coat the palate. Elements of earth and spice, in combination with the vanillin from the oak, add layering.
Ports | Dessert Wine
Taylor Fladgate Fine Ruby Porto | 7 – Stylish fruity nose, full of intense concentrated blackcurrant and cherry aromas. Full bodied and firm, the palate is crammed with luscious black fruit flavors. Pairs perfectly with rich cheeses, berry fruit and dark chocolate desserts or makes an excellent after dinner drink.
Taylor Fladgate Fine Tawny Porto 10yr | 15 – Pale brick color with broad amber rim. Mellow nose of succulent ripe berry fruit with aromas of butterscotch, figs and prunes interwoven with attractive nutty and spicy aromas. Smooth and round on the palate, full of rich strawberry jam flavors. For those who prefer a lighter styled port.
2007 Arrowood Special Select Late Harvest Saralee’s Vineyards White Reisling (Desser Wine) | Russian River Valley – Glass 8 / Bottle 45 – Complex aromas of honey, apricot, white peach and orange peel carry over onto the palate with a clean viscous mouthfeel.
