Flying Leap

The Bourbon is rested 2 years in new heavily charred American Oak (alligator char). It is 80% sweet corn mash which is done on site at our Elgin AZ Distillery. It is German malted, wheated and distilled on the grain which offers a beautiful, flavorful and round flavor profile and mouthfeel. Malt driven on the palate with notes of caramel and roasted banana and bottled at 80 proof.
