The Saldo has dark ruby color and opens up with bold aromas of black fruit, blueberry pie, juicy plum and hints of mulling spice. The entry is rich and full, with an inviting mid palette that has concentration and density backed by lively acidity. The texture is soft and velvety, with smooth polished tannins that linger harmoniously. The finish is long and persistent with notes of toffee, roasted coffee beans and a subtle hint of vanilla spice.
