I really enjoyed my experience here! The food came out fresh and hot, and everything was full of flavor. The portions were generous, and my favorite part was the server Cristian he made our time fun and unforgettable. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Overall I'd definitely recommend this spot to anyone for a good meal and a good time!!!:) 10/10

The crème brûlée at Union Public House was the perfect way to end the meal. The sugar topping had that ideal crisp, caramelized crack when you tap into it. thin, not overly thick, and perfectly golden. Underneath, the custard was silky, rich, and just the right level of sweetness without being overwhelming. What stood out most was the balance in texture and flavor. It felt indulgent but still light enough to finish comfortably. You can tell it was made with attention to detail, not just thrown on the menu as an afterthought. If you're debating dessert, this one is definitely worth it. simple, classic, and executed really well.
