I recently tried the fried chicken dinner at Union Public House, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while staying juicy and flavorful on the inside—clearly well-seasoned and cooked with care. Every bite had that satisfying crunch without feeling greasy, which is harder to find than you'd think. The sides really complemented the dish too. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, making it feel like a complete, comforting meal rather than just a standard fried chicken plate. The portion size was generous, and the overall presentation and quality made it feel worth the price. Between the food, atmosphere, and service, it's definitely a spot I'd come back to—especially when I'm craving a solid, elevated take on classic comfort food.

I had the garden salad with grilled chicken . It was a big portion of garden veggies & premium greens. Very tasty with the grilled chicken ! I would recommend this along with their yummy 😋 chocolate waffle sundae dessert !!! It's made fresh & served warm with the sundae on top !!!

This side dish was just like a dish I ate in Italy! The entire menu is absolutely delicious- the burger and chicken were also a favorite. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The crème brûlée at Union Public House was the perfect way to end the meal. The sugar topping had that ideal crisp, caramelized crack when you tap into it. thin, not overly thick, and perfectly golden. Underneath, the custard was silky, rich, and just the right level of sweetness without being overwhelming. What stood out most was the balance in texture and flavor. It felt indulgent but still light enough to finish comfortably. You can tell it was made with attention to detail, not just thrown on the menu as an afterthought. If you're debating dessert, this one is definitely worth it. simple, classic, and executed really well.

These scrumptious tenders are nestled within a breading that is seasoned to perfection. An ideal balance of crispy and succulent, you can enjoy them on their own. Add one of the delicious sauces of your choice to expand the flavor profile (sweet, spicy, or tangy) and to complement your favorite beverage. I personally like the whiskey bbq along with their famous mule. The generous portion is plenty as a main dish or to share as an appetizer. With so many wonderful items on the menu it's hard to choose but our family almost always includes an order of these heavenly treats.

Not to be dramatic, but this German Chocolate cake is life changing. It is so good! The toasted coconut adds a whole new texture and flavor I wouldn't have thought of. This is something I have to get every time I go to Union now! Usually to go, but the fact is, I get it. It stays good for a while after as well. It's decadent, but so hard to stop eating. If you're ever wondering "should I" just do it! You won't regret it!
